About Alba

Alba is led by Julia Stafford whose experience includes:

• providing management support, consultancy and training for voluntary sector organisations, helping them to be resilient in the current economic climate.
• managing and delivering research and evaluation commissions, including feasibility studies, needs analysis, identifying good practice, and project evaluation.
• training and facilitation, working with groups to identify priorities and find practical solutions, using a range of approaches including the use of Open Space.
• providing external support and guidance for managers and trustees, in particular in the context of change management.

Julia is a member of the Social Research Association and Management Development Network, and is an approved NCVO and NAVCA consultant.
